The YSA gallery is located in Oakhurst, California, showcasing art from Yosemite Sierra Artists members. If you’re not a current member, you can JOIN YSA for a small yearly fee. The gallery has limited space and can accommodate 33 artists. If you’re interested in hanging in the gallery, fill out an application and you’ll be added to the waiting list. As spaces open up, we will contact those on the waiting list.

  • Participating in YSA’s Gallery requires commitment, passion and dedication to all the artists who participate. We hope you will contribute your vision, time and energy to uplift and promote the gallery within our community and beyond.
  • Each gallery artist will staff a minimum of two shifts per month. The gallery is open Wednesday through Sunday, and each day we staff two shifts. During summer (April-November) the shifts are 12:00pm-3:00pm, and 3:00pm-6:00pm. During winter (January-March) the shifts are 12:00pm-2:30pm and 2:30pm-5:00pm. Artists will be able to request certain dates and shifts, and a full schedule will be distributed regularly. If you cannot make a shift for which you signed up, it is up to you to find a replacement.
  • In addition to your application, you’ll have to submit 3 representative examples of your work, framed or mounted, priced, and ready to display.

In addition, the gallery has a feature wall on which YSA members are invited to participate in short term exhibitions involving a variety of themes.
