Artist Bio Art should evoke feelings! I hope that mine does. I’ve spent a good deal of time in Yosemite and I find it offers endless opportunities for growth, subjects and inspiration. Often my attention often gets diverted and so I paint whatever piques my interest. This includes animals, birds, landscapes, still life and occasional portraiture. I am the past president and current gallery manager for Yosemite Sierra Artists, a local, nonprofit organization; I frequently attend plein air group and portrait sessions and generally paint to save my sanity and serenity.
