Courtney McDaniel

Artist Bio I’ve been drawing since I could hold a pencil. As a kid I dreamed of being a costume designer and filled sketchpads with designs. I was obsessed with Frida and Klimt and Dali. Art has always been a big part of my life and creating is when I’m at peace.

I enjoy watercolor, oil and acrylic paint, pastel and ink. I’m still experimenting with style, there’s times I like doing abstract or Impressionism and there’s times I find myself doing more folk art or illustration styles. I also do photography and quilting. As long as I am making something I am happy.
