Polina Pivak

Artist Bio Polina is an artist and community advocate with a passion for people and the planet. Polina was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and immigrated to the U.S. at a very young age. After living in many places around the country and obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Community and Environmental Planning from the University of New Hampshire, Polina settled in the beautiful central Sierra Nevada Foothills of California in 2022. Polina’s other interests include aerial arts, reading, and adventuring outdoors.

Art has always been one of Polina’s greatest joys and began as a way to cultivate magic and serenity in her life, especially to process and create hope during hardships. Polina uses a variety of mediums, like watercolor, pen, and pencil, to create surreal portraits and whimsical landscapes. She is often inspired by the magnificence of nature, as well as the beauty and the tenacity of humanity. Polina’s art aims to inspire a spiritual connection with oneself and the natural world.
