Thomas Skahill

Artist Bio Thomas Skahill grew up in Playa Del Rey, California and has been living in Oakhurst since 2020. His artwork has been featured in galleries all around the golden state, including; Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Fresno, and of course here in our mountain community. Masks are thematically centered in his work. The masks we wear for others, the masks we wear for ourselves, and the masks given to us by others. Typically done in acrylic on found canvas, the materials he uses can vary from time to time and is inspired by bricolage.
