Artist Bio Hi, there! Thanks for being interested in my background. Art has always been my "go-to". I grew up in Oak Park, Illinois, and I walked passed Frank Lloyd Wright homes on my way to and from school. I graduated from a liberal arts college in Minnesota with an art teaching credential. Fast forward to 1992, and we moved with our 4 kids to Oakhurst, California. I obtained a CA teaching credential and taught art to T/K - high school students for 18 of my 25 years of teaching. I earned an MA in printmaking at CSU Fresno in 2009. My artwork has evolved over the years to cover topics that reflect my curiosity about the great adventure of living in this magnificent universe.
